Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using OneRipple, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use OneRipple.

You must be at least 13 years old to use OneRipple. Users between 13 and 17 should use the service with a parent or guardian's involvement. You must be able to form a legally binding contract where you live, and you must not be prohibited from using OneRipple under applicable law.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens through it. This includes:

• Providing accurate, truthful information when you register.
• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing your account.
• Promptly updating us if your contact information changes.
• Being responsible for all activity under your account.

One account per person. You may not create an account for someone else without their permission.

OneRipple exists to encourage people. When you use it, you agree to follow our Community Guidelines and to keep your content kind, lawful, and respectful. The rules in our Community Guidelines are part of these Terms.

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on OneRipple — your Ripples, Reels, Stories, comments, messages, photos, and videos.

License to display your content

To make your content visible, you grant OneRipple a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the service. This license lasts until you delete your content or your account, except for content others have already republished through legitimate app features like reposts.

You agree not to use OneRipple to do any of the following. Violations may lead to content removal or account suspension.

• Harassment: targeting, intimidating, or repeatedly contacting someone against their wishes.
• Illegal activity: using OneRipple for anything unlawful in your jurisdiction.
• Spam: sending unsolicited bulk messages, repetitive posting, or manipulation of engagement.
• Impersonation: pretending to be someone else, including another user or a public figure, in a misleading way.
• Posting content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Uploading malware, scraping the service, or interfering with its operation.

We respect intellectual property. If you believe content on OneRipple infringes your copyright, email us at support@oneripplestudio.com with the location of the content and proof of ownership. We will review and remove infringing material where appropriate.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account, or remove content, if you violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines, or to protect the safety or integrity of the community. We may also restrict or end access for accounts that are inactive for an extended period.

OneRipple is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or safe from all harmful content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneRipple Studio and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data or content, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, to use the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you in the app and update the "Last updated" date. By continuing to use OneRipple after changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
